John Frondorf is owner of JF Group, Inc. with an office in Cincinnati, Ohio.  John began his professional career performing investment tax credit and cost segregation studies for a wide range of construction projects.   John was part of a national multi-discipline valuation firm for 14 years before starting JF Group in 1997.  He has a strong foundation in consulting regarding financial and tax decisions in service, construction and industrial organizations as well as consulting experience in mergers, acquisitions, financing, insurance, bankruptcies and restructurings, both nationally and internationally.

John is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers, specializing in Machinery and Equipment.
